CMS has identified some claim denials and overpayment dealing with specific HCPC codes dating back to January 1, 2011 thru July 29th, 2012. CMS is working with MACs to resolve the issues.

9/17/2012 Transition Of Care Act
A new bill has been introduced that would help with transitions of care for Medicare residents. This legislation is proposed to help with patient outcomes and reduce hospitalizations and build on projects already tested. The actual bill will should be available soon.
